1. Account Eligibility & Registration

To register and use the gdwon6 platform, you must meet the following eligibility requirements as set by gdwon6 management. These requirements are mandatory and cannot be waived under any circumstances.

• You must be at least 18 years old at the time of registration. gdwon6 maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward underage gambling.
• You must be registering as an individual in your own name — registration on behalf of another person is strictly prohibited.
• Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) active account at gdwon6. Holding multiple accounts is a serious violation of these terms.
• You must provide complete, accurate, and up-to-date information during registration, including your full name, Malaysian phone number, and a valid email address.
• You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date at all times. gdwon6 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time.
• Registration is open to Malaysian players residing in Peninsular Malaysia, Sabah, and Sarawak.

2. User Accounts & Security

Your gdwon6 account is yours exclusively and may not be transferred, shared, or sold to any third party. You are fully responsible for all activity that takes place under your account.

• Your account password must be kept confidential at all times. gdwon6 will never ask for your password via email, phone, or live chat.
• If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact the gdwon6 support team immediately via live chat.
• Gdwon6 is not liable for any losses resulting from a member disclosing their password to a third party.
• The use of automation software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the gdwon6 platform is strictly prohibited.
• All personal information provided at registration must match your official identity documents. Discrepancies may result in account suspension.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals & Financial Transactions

Gdwon6 supports a wide range of local Malaysian payment methods for members' convenience. All transactions are processed exclusively in Malaysian Ringgit (RM/MYR).

4. Bonus & Promotion Terms

Gdwon6 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing members from time to time. All bonuses are subject to rollover requirements, which are clearly stated on each promotion's respective page.

• The 100% welcome bonus up to RM 500 is available to new members making their first deposit only. A rollover requirement of 10x the combined deposit and bonus amount applies.
• Each member may claim any given promotion once only, unless the promotion's terms explicitly state otherwise.
• Gdwon6 reserves the right to void any bonus if the platform detects fraudulent activity, arbing, or promotion abuse.
• The free RM 50 Sports credit bonus is subject to a 5x rollover within the Sports section and cannot be used on slots or Live Casino.
• Withdrawals are not permitted until the rollover requirement has been fully met. Withdrawal requests submitted before the rollover is completed will result in the bonus being forfeited.
• Gdwon6 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice.

5. General Game Rules

• Game results that have been settled and credited to an account are final and non-disputable unless there is clear evidence of a technical failure.

6. Sports Betting & E-Sports

Gdwon6's Sports Betting section covers Malaysia Super League football, the English Premier League (EPL), badminton, Mobile Legends MPL MY esports, DOTA 2, CS2, and more. The following specific terms apply to all sports and esports betting on the gdwon6 platform.

• All bets that have been placed and confirmed are final. Changes or cancellations are not permitted once a bet has been accepted by the system.
• If a match is postponed or cancelled, the bet will be voided and the full stake returned to the member's account.
• Odds are displayed in Decimal format and may change until a bet is confirmed. The odds accepted are those at the time of confirmation, not at the time of viewing.
• Live betting is subject to more frequent odds changes. gdwon6 reserves the right to suspend live markets at any time.
• Any bets suspected of involving match-fixing, sports fraud, or result manipulation will be voided and the relevant member's account will be investigated.
• For e-sports, if a match is played in a format different from the one advertised (e.g., bo3 changed to bo5), gdwon6 reserves the right to declare the bet void.

7. Prohibited Conduct

Gdwon6 maintains a strict policy against conduct that violates platform rules or threatens the integrity of the platform and the safety of other members. The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure without a refund:

• Identity fraud — registering using another person's name, MyKad, or identity documents.
• Owning or operating more than one gdwon6 account.
• Using a credit card, bank account, or e-wallet that does not belong to you for deposits or withdrawals.
• Attempting to exploit technical bugs, system vulnerabilities, or odds errors for an unfair advantage.
• Any form of money laundering conducted through the gdwon6 platform.
• Threatening, harassing, or being abusive toward any gdwon6 support staff.
• Sharing account details, passwords, or access tokens with any other party.

8. Account Closure & Suspension

Gdwon6 members may close their account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat. Prior to closure, all eligible balances will be processed for withdrawal subject to rollover requirements and the necessary identity verification.

• Gdwon6 reserves the right to temporarily suspend an account for investigation purposes if suspicious activity is detected. The suspension remains in place until the investigation is concluded.
• Members who have enrolled in a self-exclusion programme may not reopen their account until the exclusion period has ended.
• Once an account is closed, all personal data will be retained for the period specified under gdwon6's privacy policy before being permanently deleted.
• Accounts inactive for 12 consecutive months may be subject to a monthly administrative fee of RM 10 or closure at gdwon6's discretion.

• Gdwon6 is not liable for service disruptions caused by factors beyond our control, such as internet outages, power failures, or natural disasters.
• Odds and sports statistics displayed on the platform are for reference purposes only, and gdwon6 does not guarantee their accuracy at all times.
• Gdwon6's maximum liability to any member is limited to that member's current account balance.

10. Amendments & Governing Law

Gdwon6 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time in response to operational needs, regulatory changes, or platform improvements. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on this page.

• It is the member's responsibility to review the gdwon6 Terms & Conditions page periodically to stay informed of the latest version.
• Continued use of the gdwon6 platform following the publication of any amendments will be deemed acceptance of the revised terms.
• These Terms & Conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes will be resolved through the established arbitration process.
• If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
